Today room 7 did the beep test and did really good I got 10.0.My goal is to get 15.00 in beep test .
The beep test is when you have to run 20 meters and bet the beep. I ran 2000 meters over all.
Hi Aniela The beep test sounds like a fun exercise but 2000 metres is a long way. You must have been a bit tired at the end of it. Well done for doing so well. When do you think you'll have another beep test? Mum
